How to Join our Chapter
If you love riding Harley's and you are tired of riding the same old routes alone, if you are looking for someone to ride with, different places to go, some great rides, lots of fun, and last but not least you would like for you and your family to meet some great people to associate with, then this group is for you!
The Great Salt Lake Chapter of the Harley Owner's Group has several family oriented events each month of the riding season. Wednesday evening dinner rides, Sunday rides, dealer events with VIP privileges, long day rides, short day rides, over-night events, just to name a few... and so much more. In the midst of all of this, we enjoy doing fund-raisers for charities that benefit children. One of our favorites is the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). You will make good friends and have good times as you ride your Harley-Davidson with like-minded motorcycle enthusiasts.
If the idea of being a member of the HOG community sounds enticing, you're right. IT IS!! HOG membership is fulfilling and satisfying. There are only two prerequisites: (1) you must also be a member of the National Harley Owners Group® prior to applying for membership in any local HOG chapter; and (2) a desire to "Ride and Have Fun".
If you aren't already a member of National HOG, give them a call at 1-800-CLUBHOG, or you can sign-up on-line at www.hog.com. With your National HOG membership (or confirmation number) and $20, you can join our chapter and receive all the benefits for the 2008 riding season.
You may also print our chapter application form, complete it and bring it with you to our next chapter event or at our new owner/member socials held at the South Valley Harley-Davidson Shop on the last Thursday evening of each month. There we will take your photo for placement on your new chapter membership card, which, with your participation, you will realize the value of membership in our Chapter.
