June Dinner Ride!

Although it may not seem like it - it's actually June and the weather is getting warmer finally!  Come on out on the 10th and join us for the June Dinner Ride.  This month we'll be going to the Garage Grill in Draper.  Because we are still in the yellow alert stage the restaraunt has the following restrictions...

 

We will be seated at separate tables (not too big of a deal that usually happens anyway)

 

Once seated we will not be able to "cross pollinate" between tables

 

They are requesting that we be seated by 6:30pm (hence the earlier start time)

 

They are also requesting we arrive in a staggered manner - they have suggested 6:00, 6:15, 6:30 (the last will likely be the group of riders from South Valley H-D)

 

Because of social distancing restrictions - raffle tickets will be sold in the parking lot upon arrival at the restaraunt.  Buy your tickets outside and head in.

 

During/After Dinner we will do the usual announcements/raffle and if you have one a prize - once dinner is over you can pick it up out in the parking lot.  Also we will not be doing the usual "pass the can" to pull the winning tickets.  Officers will pull the tickets and set aside the winning ones for the prize distribution in the parking lot.

 

I think that's about it folks.  If you're riding, meet at South Valley H-D at 5:30, Kick Stands Up at 6:00.
